Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return label.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly marked on the product page.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7-10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
